I was wondering whether your photo was a real scene or animated. You are from New Zealand, so I expect you live around beautiful things.

And back at you! Bright Eyes is my absolute favorite, I think I worn out most of their songs. They had a concert in New York City and I missed it. I'm still beating myself up over it.

The scenes in the 'propaganda' photos are animated. I created the sea and sky in photoshop. The 'ice bergs' are just scrunched up bits of paper!

Yay for and Bright Eyes! Seeing them live would be amazing :) You come from New York?? I've always wanted to go there!

Yep yep, I'm very close to New York, it's lovely. Have you ever been to America? I think Bright Eyes was the first good band I liked. It was my transition from things that are always on the radio to music that is lesser known but I like better.

I think the most appropriate action to take when one meets an artist from New Zealand that likes Bright Eyes is watching them. I'm officially stalking you (artistically, so it's justified).
